Janet Young Cressman

Janet A. Cressman, 47, of High Street, Tatamy, died Monday in Easton Hospital. She was the wife of Delbert H. Cressman for 28 years in July. She was a postal worker in Tatamy until retiring in 1992. Previously, she was a floor worker for Sparrow's Blouse Mill, Edelemans. Born in Wilson, she was a daughter of George and Frances (Backis) Young of Forks Township. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Tatamy, and its senior choir and ELCW. Survivors: Husband and parents; sons, Gregg of Tatamy and Terry, at home; daughter, Lori, at home; brother Jay of Baltimore, Md., and a grandson. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, in the church.
