Raymond Biondi

Raymond B. Biondi, Jr.,57, of Durham, N.H., formerly of Martins Creek, died Wednesday, July 28, 2004, after a two year battle with cancer. Born: In Martins Creek, he was a son of Nancy Biondi, of Bethlehem, and the late Raymond B. Biondi, Sr. Personal: He and his wife, Christine Terlesky Biondi, had been married since 1971. He was a graduate of Lehigh University and was a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Association of Actuaries. He was currently employed by Liberty Mutual. He was an Eagle Scout and served as an altar boy at St. Rocco's Catholic Church. Ray was a wonderful man who focused on family life. Memberships: He was a member of St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church, Durham, N.H., where he served as a lector and Eucharistic Minister. Survivors: In addition to his mother and his wife, he is survived by a son, Raymond and a daughter, Sara Biondi, both of Durham, N.H., and a sister, Cathy Biondi, of Raleigh, N.C. A sister, Theresa Biondi, died earlier. Services: 11 a.m. Monday in the James J. Palmeri Funeral Home, Martins Creek. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:15 a.m. in St. Rocco's Catholic Church, Martins Creek. Call one hour prior to services in the funeral home.
